By accessing apexplus.ca or booking a service with Apex Plus Improvement Solutions, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.
Apex Plus provides professional home improvement services, including but not limited to TV mounting, curtain and blind installations, and furniture assembly. While we strive for perfection, the final result is subject to the structural integrity of the site (e.g., wall types, electrical wiring, and plumbing locations).
To ensure a safe and efficient installation, the client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding wall materials, ensuring the work area is clear of obstacles, disclosing hidden pipes or wires, and ensuring an adult (18+) is present.
Appointments are confirmed via formal notification. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window for technician arrival.
Payments are due upon completion of service. We accept E-transfer, Cash, and Credit Cards (coming soon). Quotes provided are estimates and may vary if unforeseen structural issues arise or scope changes.
Apex Plus is not responsible for pre-existing structural flaws. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that provided hardware is compatible with their devices. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect information regarding hidden utilities.
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 90-day warranty on labor and installation quality. This does not cover failure of client-provided hardware or physical damage caused after the technician has departed.
Unless requested otherwise, Apex Plus reserves the right to take "Before and After" photos for quality control and marketing. We respect your privacy and will never include personal identifiers in these photos.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
